- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This Dr initially diagnosed my wife with a UTI on a Saturday and prescribed her antibiotics. She told her to call back on the following Monday to discuss her symptoms and to reassess the need for another course. She left three messages for the doctor, only to be called back by her secretary who proceeded to tell her that the test was wrong and that she didn't have a UTI to being with. She then told her that there was nothing else they could do for her and she'd have to go to an OBGYN. So not only did Dr Smith not have the decency to speak to my wife, she pawned off her MISTAKE to an OBGYN. Not to mention my wife is still in terrible discomfort. You ought to be ashamed of yourself Dr Diane Smith.. You prescribe antibiotics to someone who previously had C Diff. and don't have the common courtesy to even take her phone call..
