- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible system they have instituted. You now must be a member to be waited on promptly. They have two lines - one for members and one for non-members. After waiting 35 minutes in line several members came in and promptly were waited on before the rest of us. You are basically held captive, you can wait hours and hours - if a member comes in right before your turn you wait again. I left. If you're not a AAA member don't bother. It's not enough that they charge us extra for the service - we must now be treated as second class citizens - unless of course you decide to join - then you're moved up in line.
